Features
Skynet does not have a fair access policy, customer service and speed is not "squeezed down" during times of heavy use by other subscribers.
Skynet offers unlimited bandwidth with all of their packages. There are no download and upload limitations, which effect the service.
Skynet customer can increase the service levels of the packages when needs change. The increase in speed is performed remotely and does not require a site visit, additional equipment or installation cost.
Their system uses transmission - receiving towers (see coverage map), proved to be reliable, the system has been used by news crews and emergency responders during major storms to include Hurricane Ike. Unlike satellite, it is unaffected by adverse weather conditions.
The latency or time it takes to enter the public internet from your computer transmission is typically less than 100 milliseconds.
Skynet will waive the installation fee for satellite service users.
Skynet'swireless platform offers security with over-the-air Data Encryption Standard (DES) and Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) capabilities, which provide 128-bit encryption to ensure secure data delivery and exceptional reliability.
Skynet provides a 30 day money back guarantee.
At the expiration of the 30 day trial period, customers enter into a 2 year contract with Skynet.

Procedures For Service

You will be scheduled for a Site Survey where Skynet Technicians check your site to assure serviceability by the Skynet towers.
If all is well, Skynet can install and set up the equipment, usually the same day.
At install, you will provide install cost, and the first months payment.
To schedule the service, please review the required information below, to include the install schedule days and time, and fill out the Contact - Scheduling form below. In order to initiate Site Survey and Installation if conditions of service are favorable, we will need the following:

Schedule Note: Someone should be home to meet the Skynet site survey and technician to allow set up access to the home. Skynet will contact those completing the contact and scheduling information form below, and verify your request or arrange for an alternate date and or time.
